You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
All new student enrollment forms are completed online.
Carefully read the information below before completing the registration.
Once you have completed the online registration process, you may stop in to drop off require forms, or you will be contacted by phone to set up an appointment for the building your child will attend. Students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and have the following documentation with them:
Students previously enrolled in a public school should bring:
Proof of Fayette residency
Students not previously enrolled in public school should bring:
Birth Certificate
Immunization records
Custody papers, if applicable
